Infographic: Design Thinking, Lean Startup & Agile

This project was a collaborative effort with a Ventures team member at Plug and Play who needed help visually communicating a process for his presentation. He had a general concept in mind, provided a rough screenshot, and explained that he wanted to illustrate how Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile work together in a continuous cycle—with a timeline feel, component breakdowns, and a clear visual flow.

The goal was to design a graphic that made the relationship between these frameworks easy to understand at a glance. I translated his vision into a color-coded infographic, assigning a unique color to each methodology to help viewers visually track where they are in the process. I also built a legend and component labels to support clarity and consistency across each step.

It was important that the final result felt clean, informative, and presentation-ready. I carefully arranged each section in a circular timeline structure that moved from Design Thinking → Lean Startup → Agile, and back to Design Thinking, to reflect the iterative nature of innovation. This approach allowed the audience to see the flow of ideas and actions without being overwhelmed by too much text.

This was a fast-paced and rewarding project that let me use my visual design skills to clarify complex concepts and support strategic communication.
