Conference Winner Check Design

Created for Plug and Play Detroit, this oversized check was designed as a key visual element for a high-profile conference event. The check was presented live to a winner during the celebration, which was co-hosted by one of Plug and Play’s partner organizations.

The design centered around strong brand visibility, with Plug and Play’s signature blue bubble forming the outer frame of the check. Emphasis was placed on the first-place title, prize amount, and Plug and Play logo, ensuring they stood out clearly on stage and in photography. The layout followed brand guidelines while providing a clean, celebratory look appropriate for the occasion.

T-Shirt Design

DRIVE Volunteer T-Shirts

Created for Plug and Play’s DRIVE program, these volunteer T-shirts were designed to bring visual unity and recognition to the team supporting the 2023 event. The concept played on the idea of “drivers” to reflect momentum, leadership, and the collective impact of the volunteers.

A custom icon was developed to symbolize teamwork and volunteerism, tying into the collaborative spirit of the event. The phrase “2023 Champions” was included to honor the volunteers’ contributions and give the shirts a commemorative touch. The final design combined brand consistency, visual clarity, and energy—resulting in a meaningful and functional piece of event apparel.

Internal Branding – Postcards

Anniversary Post Cards

I designed a set of work anniversary postcards for Plug and Play Tech Center to celebrate employee milestones. The set included a custom “10 Years” edition, along with a flexible, general anniversary design used across various team celebrations.

For the general design, I used kinetic typography and a dynamic layout featuring overlapping geometric shapes to create a sense of movement and rhythm. A plastic-like texture overlay added depth and a tactile feel, enhancing the overall visual impact.

In the abstract gradient version, I blended purples and blues to form fluid, organic shapes using Illustrator’s Blend Tool. This approach brought energy and flow to the layout, symbolizing growth and progress—echoing the spirit of long-term achievement at Plug and Play.
